1 net27.cc shows "This site can't be reached" or DNS error
Cause: Your ISP (Jio, Airtel, BSNL) has temporarily blocked the streaming domain — a common precaution.
Fix: First, check the LIVE ribbon at the top of this page for today's verified-working URL (we update within 24 hours of every rotation). If net27.cc itself is the live URL but blocked by your ISP, use a VPN — ProtonVPN free tier, Cloudflare WARP (free), or any paid VPN routed through Singapore / Hong Kong / US usually unblocks it. Switch to mobile data instead of Wi-Fi if your ISP is the issue.
2 CAPTCHA loop — keeps asking "I'm not a robot"
Cause: You're using a VPN or your IP is in a known scraping range. Cloudflare is being extra cautious.
Fix: Disable VPN temporarily. Use a residential IP (your home connection). Try a different browser. Restart your router to get a new IP from your ISP. The CAPTCHA usually clears after 2-3 attempts from a clean IP.
3 Sign-up page says "Email already in use"
Cause: You've signed up before with that email but forgot.
Fix: Click "Sign In" instead — use the email + password. If you forgot the password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign-in screen. Or use a different email (Gmail aliases work: [email protected]).
4 Page loads but videos won't play / black screen
Cause: Browser extension blocking video (uBlock, Brave Shields, Adblock Plus), or strict content security settings.
Fix: Whitelist net27.cc in your ad-blocker. In Brave: Brave Shields icon → "Down for this site". In Chrome: disable extensions one by one to find the culprit. Reload the page after each change.
5 Audio language picker missing in player
Cause: Some titles ship with a single audio track. Or the player needs a re-render.
Fix: Click the gear icon in the player — if "Audio" option is greyed out, this title is single-language. Try a different title (most popular Hindi / Tamil / Telugu films have 3+ audio tracks). Refresh the page if the gear icon doesn't appear at all.
6 Slow loading / constant buffering even on fast internet
Cause: Browser cache buildup, too many tabs, or trying to play 1080p on a 2 Mbps connection.
Fix: Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). Close other tabs. In the player, set Quality to 720p instead of Auto. Run a speed test — you need 5+ Mbps for smooth 720p, 10+ Mbps for 1080p.
